Leila Radan is someone who, when you meet her, you’re unlikely to ever forget her. I first met Leila when she came to audition for a show I was producing. As I went to call her in from the waiting area, I was immediately sucked into a dramatic story she was telling another auditioner of walking alone in Dubai without a male escort and getting solicited by an Arab man for her “services” then proceeding to curse him out and beat on his vehicle, upon which he quickly did a U-turn and sped away in utter humiliation.  This was my first introduction to the “Unabashed, unashamed and absolutely unapologetic, Miz Bohemia.” After that audition, we became Facebook friends and I am happy to say are now good friends.
