“Speaking with Presence” Video Package

I’ve received a number of requests lately from entrepreneurs who are in need of simple opt-in, training, sales or welcome videos for their businesses. I know the thought of going on camera can be scary and challenging for many people. Over the years I’ve dealt with my own fears and insecurities as I’ve gone from operating behind the camera to stepping in front of the camera. As someone who has struggled with social phobia much of my life, I intimately understand the fears that can hold people back from effectively delivering their message to the world. Over the past decade I have worked on countless video and film projects and have filmed people from all walks of life. I’ve also worked with some leading public speaking coaches that have helped me transform my intense fear into a more confident, authentic on-camera presence (see sample video below). I have taken all of that experience and developed a simple system that has made a big difference for me and those I’ve worked with to feel safe, at ease, grounded and free to embody their unique presence and message on camera.

The Speaking with Presence Package

When you arrive we will sit down together and relax while enjoying some tea, lemon or coconut water. Then, I will lead you through a brief meditation and breathing exercise to help you further relax and come into a place of calm and clarity. We will discuss your project and set a clear intention for your desired outcome. Then I will lead you through a few speaking and delivery techniques that have made a world of difference for myself and my clients. We will then film as many takes as you need over the period of an hour. The whole time I’ll be right there to help guide you and make the experience enjoyable, which is so essential to capturing your authentic passion and enthusiasm for your work in the world.
